Investing in People

Neale LCroceAs part of our £12.5 million expansion plans we have invested in our people creating around 60 jobs for the Middlesbrough region, including new positions within the management and support teams.
Three of these appointments include new HR Manager, Louise Croce, Marketing & Communications Manager, Kirsten Butterworth, and Coaching Consultant, Neale Carter all of whom are responsible for driving improvements throughout the business.
Louise and Neale will be concentrating on ensuring our people have the skills and resources available to deliver high quality services to our customers, where Kirsten will be assessing how we can better communicate with our customers ensuring the services we are providing meet their individual requirements.
Managing Director, Gary Dawson said: “The past three years have seen a period of heavy investment and expansion for us. We’re now in a position to take stock of the improvements made and ensure our team is supported with the correct development and training to maintain our customers’ needs through this new period in the company’s history.”
